An online space for neurodiverse men to speak openly and honestly on taboo topics

Kenny Mammarella D’Cruz, a passionate advocate for men’s mental health and founder of MenSpeak, is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated relaunch of its Neurodiverse MenSpeak Sessions. These sessions offer a warm and inclusive environment where neurodiverse men can come together, share their experiences, be heard and find comfort amongst likeminded men.

Understanding the significance of tailored spaces for neurodiverse individuals, has crafted the sessions with the utmost care to address the specific needs of the community. These sessions aim to foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, allowing participants to connect with others who share similar journeys, find solace in learning from experiences and build lasting bonds, helping to cultivate resilience, self-advocacy and a stronger sense of belonging.

“We are beyond excited to bring back the Neurodiverse MenSpeak Sessions,” said Mammarella D’Cruz “These sessions play a vital role in providing a safe haven for neurodiverse men to share their experiences, be heard and feel a sense of belonging. We hold inclusive spaces that embrace neurodiversity and foster a sense of self-acceptance. We wholeheartedly believe in embracing our past experiences and fully accept who we are, right here and right now, whilst appreciating the journeys we have travelled. As we explore new possibilities, we courageously embark on a self-discovery journey, bringing forth the best version of ourselves to make a positive impact on the world.”

The Neurodiverse MenSpeak Sessions will resume on the 20th July at 6:45pm (BST) and will take place monthly, led by neurodiverse professionally accredited MenSpeak facilitators.
